around the same time i started shooting again in the summer of 2023, i had picked up tennis again. i hadn’t picked up a racquet in over 14 years. i fell in love with it all over again, started a membership at xs tennis foundation and began private lessons. now i look forward to the days when the weather’s nice and the breeze is just right, i get excited for the grand slam tournaments to follow my favorite players, and i perk up when others say they want to go to cincy.
